Biography

I am a dedicated commercial banking professional with extensive experience in accounting, finance, human resources, and university administration. I started my career at Rift Valley University, where I advanced from Assistant Department Head of Accounting and Finance to Assistant Registrar Head and ultimately to Finance Team Leader. During my tenure, I gained comprehensive knowledge in financial operations, leadership, and team management.

In May 2023, I joined the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia as a Graduate Trainee, undergoing intensive training in commercial banking operations, interest-free banking, digital banking, customer service, and customer experience. This experience deepened my understanding of the banking sector and strengthened my ability to drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Since May 10, 2024, I have been serving as an Associate HR Officer at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, where I contribute to talent acquisition and management. This role has allowed me to enhance my skills in recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning, further broadening my expertise in organizational development.
